Mexico City Pride 2004 

Mexico City has the biggest Gay Pride Parade in Latin America, a spectacular and colorful event. The city is bustling with life and the gay scene will present itself from its best side and all the local gay venues offer a wide range of special parties and programs. Whatever your tastes, you can hardly avoid having a great time participating in this enormous celebration of pride and diversity. This year the parade takes place on Saturday June 26. 

1. Week or Weekend Package - The Traditional Enkidu One Week GBLT Pride Tour: June 22 to June 29 in a beautiful gay friendly hotel close to Zona Rosa, or the Pride Weekend Tour: June 23 to June 27 or 28. The prices for an Enkidu Pride Week in Mexico City start at USD 990,- (Euro 945,-) (p.p. in double room. 7 nights) and 472 for the Pride Weekend (p.p. in double room, 3 nights). These prices also include participation in the cultural and social events and activities we organize during your stay including guided tours with an Enkidu Cultural Guide, the Enkidu Pride Breakfast, and this year's overwhelming Pride Celebration in the Bacchus Lounge. 

2. Personalized Pride Tour especially designed for you by an Enkidu adventure consultant.

3. Accommodation in a gay or gay friendly household. Enkidu - Mexico from Behind also gives you a wonderful opportunity to experience  Mexico and local life and culture from within. Instead of living in a hotel, we can also provide private accommodation in a gay or gay friendly home. This option is available for all our tours and packages, but should be booked as early as possible, and at least one month in advance. 

Mexico City Pride June 26 2004 

Enkidu organizes several exiting events and cultural and social activities for participants in our various programs.  

All Pride Packages include:

• Free entrance to this year's pride party in the Bacchus (men only) on the day before the parade
• Exploration of Mexico City's night life, entertainment and cruising possibilities with a multilingual Enkidu Cultural Guide. This evening tour will give you the opportunity to get in touch with the city's amazing nightlife, and expert advice on what to do in the evenings during the rest of your stay. Our guides will provide you with the information you need regardless if you want to see an opera or a football match.  
• The traditional (and delicious) Enkidu Breakfast in the morning before the parade, which will provide you with strength and energy before a long day and a long night...
• A guided tour with Enkidu's anthropologist through Mexico City, with a special emphasis on gay history from pre-Hispanic times until today. 
• Airport greeting - and transport to and from your selected accommodation where you also will be given the indispensable ENKIDU SURVIVAL KIT for gay visitors to Mexico City. 

All participants are also invited to visit us in Enkidu after their arrival for a welcome drink and more detailed information about the activities during their stay. 

NOTE: We recommend that reservations for the pride weekend be made as early as possible if you want a package with accommodation since in particular gay friendly hotels and apartments can be expected to be full booked very early. Despite being the biggest concentration of human life on earth, vacant gay friendly accommodations are not abundant in Mexico City and in particular not in June....
